The Dilley Band performed on Saturday in Dilley for the Veteran's Day Ceremony, traveled to Pearsall to perform at the Frio County Memorial Wall, and then went to Crystal City to march in the Annual Spinach Festival Parade. The band consisted of 130 students ranging from grades 6-12 marching as a big band ensemble. The band received 2nd Place in the marching category and has the trophy displayed in the DHS band hall. After the parade, students were able to enjoy their lunch and 2 hours of free carnival rides. Our students were incredibly focused, well-behaved and respectful throughout the day. A great time was had by all!

The Dilley Wolves Basketball team will be hosting a fajita plate sale on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at the Dilley Park from 11 am - 2 pm. Cost: $8.00 (plate includes fajitas, rice, beans and a drink. Tickets can be pre-purchased from any of the HS basketball players or on the day of the event.
The basketball program is also looking for alumni basketball players to scrimmage against the Wolves. The scrimmage will begin at 9 am prior to the plate sale.
