Mark Tribett

Greetings from Dilley High School

My name is Mark Tribett and I am in my third year as the High School Principal here in Dilley ISD. I hold a Masters Degree in Special Education from the University of Texas in Brownsville, currently named The University of Texas in the Rio Grande Valley. I began my teaching career in the Rio Grande Valley serving both private and public schools. I eventually returned to San Antonio where I made the transition to school administration. I have previously served as a middle school principal in Amman, Jordan and high school principal with Texans Can Academies.

I serve in a dual role, both as a Principal and the High School Speech and Debate Coach. The Speech and Debate team has achieved back-to-back district titles and produced both State and Regional Qualifiers, with the team poised for a third title in the 2024-2025 school year.

I believe that education is the foundation of any society and passionate about growing and paving the way for the community and the surrounding areas. "The sky is not the limit," together we can lead Dilley High School to new heights.

I am married to Teresa Tribett and we have two children Katelin and Oliver as well as the family dog, Popcorn. I am excited to be a part of Wolf Nation. Go Wolves!!!

Rally Ochoa

Hello, my name is Raul Ochoa most people within our Dilley community know me as Rally. I am Dilley native and a 1990 graduate of Dilley High School. I attended Tarleton State University earning a bachelors in Business Administration & Computer Information Systems. After college I worked for various corporate organizations in IT as a software developer and engineer.

In 2008 I transitioned to education and began my teaching career as a High School Career Preparation teacher in the North Texas/Dallas area. I have been fortunate to have worked for several great school districts in the Dallas, Austin, and South Texas areas. My background in business and computers lead me to become a Career & Technical Education (CTE) teacher and administrator. I have teaching certifications in Business Education, Technology Education, Computer Science, and a 4-8 Generalist.

In 2020, I obtained my Masters in Education with an emphasis in Educational Technology from Sul Ross State University. Two years later in 2022, received my Administrative/Principal Certification from Schreiner University. I have been employed with Dilley ISD for 10 years taking on various roles, as a teacher, coach, and now campus administrator. My current role as an Assistant Principal at Dilley High School also allows me to oversee our Career & Technical Education and College & Career Readiness Programs.

I am married to my beautiful wife Amanda Ochoa who is the Assistant Principal at Dilley Elementary and our district Special Education Coordinator. Together we have seven children, two adult sons currently employed, two adult daughters in college, two school age kids, and one angel in heaven. We enjoy spending time together, traveling, and watching sports.

I am excited to be the Assistant Principal at Dilley High School and assist our campus in empowering, educating, and preparing our students to become responsible, productive, and employable citizens.
